How do I order one of your shirts?
We make it easy. If you'd like one of our products, just visit the store. Select your item, quantity and size if applicable, and checkout securely using the integrated payment system.
How do I place a large order for my business or group?
Don't worry, we'll take you step by step. Start by giving us a call or sending a short email describing what you're looking for. Let us know what type of product you need (hats, koozies, t-shirts, etc), if you have your own artwork or if you need our professional designers to help out, and then let us know how many pieces you'd like to order. We will respond with easy instructions, and ask a few questions to find out how to get you started.
How do I pay for a large order?
We give you a couple of easy ways to pay. You can pay using either our Deposit-Balance option or (if you've done business with us before and know how amazing your work is going to be) go ahead and knock out your payment in advance.
To break up the total into two easy payments use the Deposit-Balance option. Simply remit 50% of the total when you place your order, then pay the rest when the order is done.
We accept most major credit cards and can process your payment right over the phone.
How much do t-shirts cost when I order in quantity?
As with most bulk orders of anything, the more you order, the less you pay per piece. There are several factors that go into pricing a shirt, so just give us a call or drop us a line and our knowledgeable staff will be happy to gather some information and provide you with a quote.
File Formats and also, "What the heck is a vector?!"
We love the vector stuff. Send us your Illustrator files with all copy/text converted to outlines.
Other file formats accepted are .pdf (raster or vector) .eps, .psd, and hi-res jpeg.
Does all that sound like an obscure dialect from an undiscovered corner of the world? Send us what you have. We'll figure it out.
How long does it take?
We can turn things around pretty quickly. Orders from our store usually go out within 24-48 hours. For bulk orders, after you've given us the thumbs up on your final proof we can get these to you in about 10 business days or less. Need it faster?
